Sample Menu 1

Avocado salad with prawns in sweet chilli sauce and yoghurt

Spaghetti alla carbonara with bacon and créme fraiche

Roulade of turkey stuffed with a sage omelette, mortadella and spinnach, served with roasted vegetables

Chocolate cake with rum ice cream
Suggested wine: Chianti or Cotes du Beaune

Selection of Italian vegetable and cheese pies served with crudités

Cream of pumpkin and leek soup scented with thyme and rosemary

Fillet steak with cassis sauce served with fried onion rings, petit pois and carrots

Marrons Mont Blanc
Suggested wine: Pinot nero or Saint Emilion

 

Sample Menu 3

Mussel soup with saffron and chervil leaves

Taglierini with salmon and herb sauce

Baked trout with almonds and white wine sauce served with new potaoes and green beans
Stewed winter fruits with Marsala, cinnamon and creme glacé
Suggested wine: Chablis or Sancerre


and if it is not enough...a great selection of cheese with a glass of Port wine, coffee Grappa or Limoncello
